We're going big this year with options like cinematic lighting, atmospheric haze, and props!
I'm thrilled to be working with you all again this year, and I'm bringing a whole new set of lights and special effects to take this year's media day to a new level. To streamline everything, we're doing things a bit differently this year. Please read over your options and other information below carefully, then book your session right here on my website.
Book your portrait session here and now
You'll select your Media Day Package, choose your timeslot, and pay for your session here on my website. All session times are first-come first-served, and there is limited availability of Signature & Elite packages, so book yours as soon as possible to make sure you don't miss out.
After you book, you'll immediately receive an email with a short questionnaire, as well as a contract and photography release waiver. It is required that these are filled out by parents/guardians before Media Day. Don't worry, they take less 3 minutes to complete.
Team Photos
This year, one 8"x10" team photo print is included with every booking!
All team photos will take place beginning at 1pm on Saturday, December 6th, 2025 at Trinity Volleyball Club. Your team's coach or athletic director will coordinate with each team to give you an exact time.
- For those who only want a team print, but don't want to participate in individual portraits, click here to buy an 8x10 team print for only $29. If you're booking a portrait session, you do not need to purchase an 8x10 team print separately - they're included in your booking.
Important Information
- All sessions will take place either Saturday December 6th, or Sunday December 7th
- Arrive 10 minutes before your reserved session time (or you may have to wait for an open timeslot)
- All packages include an 8x10 team print
- Digital photos will be delivered within 4 weeks, followed by prints
- Due to the limited nature and strict timing of Media Day sessions, we're not able to accept cancellations or offer refunds. Rescheduling to a different timeslot on the same day is allowed up to 1 day before your session, but is based on availability.
- Parents/Guardians are required to fill out the contract with photography release waiver as well as the short questionnaire before Media Day. You'll get an email with a link to complete these immediately after you book your session. Your session may be forfeited if these are not completed and signed by each athlete's legal parent/guardian.

Please be aware, this is for siblings only, and is not available for friends. Book our Signature or Elite package to include friends in your portrait session.
Each pair of siblings receives:
- 6 total standing individual poses — 2 solo portraits of each athlete, and 2 poses together
- High-resolution digital copies of portraits
- 2 standard 8×10 printed team photos — one for each sibling
- Additional prints will be available for purchase after your session

Each Athlete receives:
- 1-on-1 pose & style consultation before your session — I'll send you an email to schedule this 24-48 hours after booking your session
- 4 poses + detail shots — including editorial looks and action
- Double the session time — you'll get 10 minutes dedicated to your portraits
- Priority delivery of digital photos - Elite sessions will be edited and delivered first, usually in 1 to 2 weeks
- Include a friend or group of friends in one or more of your 4 poses

FAQ
How long will it take to get my photos?
It takes time to properly edit photos. I hand-edit every single photo, and I don't use pre-made filters. Digital photo files will be delivered within 4 weeks. After that, I proof every photo before printing, making sure photos look just as good printed as they do on your screen. Prints will be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks, as long as there are no shipping disruptions. Those who book an Elite session will receive priority for both digital files and prints.
How will I receive my photos?
Parents will be emailed links to galleries for each individual athlete. Each athlete's gallery will contain high resolution digital copies of individual poses, perfect for printing, and a screen optimized copy of their team photo, great for viewing on a computer or sharing to social media.
Prints included in your booking will be shipped directly to Trinity Volleyball Club, and distributed to parents or athletes from there.
Any additional print orders will be mailed directly to your home address.
How should I do my makeup?
Keep it natural and clean.
- Light, natural makeup photographs best.
- Aim for a “your skin but smoother” look, nothing heavy or dramatic.
Avoid shine, use matte products.
- Use a matte primer and/or translucent setting powder to prevent shine on the forehead, nose, and cheeks.
- Avoid shimmery or glittery products, they reflect light and create hotspots.
Even out the skin tone.
- A small amount of foundation or tinted moisturizer is perfect.
- Blend well into the neck so there’s no line.
Keep eyes and lips simple.
- Mascara and light eyeliner are great.
- Avoid heavy eyeshadow or bold colors.
- Lips should be neutral, avoid glossy lip products (they cause reflections).
Bring touch-up items.
- Powder or blotting papers.
- A small brush or comb.
Hair should look clean and intentional.
- Avoid wet hair, overly stiff gel, or heavy glitter sprays.
What is the difference between a standard print and a fine art print?
A standard photo print is produced on high-quality photographic paper using traditional photo-printing methods. These prints offer vibrant color, sharp detail, and are perfect for everyday display, keepsakes, and gift prints.
A giclée fine art print is created using archival-grade pigment inks on museum-quality 100% cotton fine art paper. This process provides exceptional color accuracy, rich texture, and significantly greater longevity (meaning the photos won't fade, deteriorate, or change color over time). The thickness and surface texture of fine art papers provide both substance and beauty. Giclée prints are ideal for anyone who want the highest level of detail, depth, and durability — the kind of prints meant to last for generations.
